Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

When you order you're entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the product (product must be able to be resold and shipped along with a picture of it's condition before it was shipped), you can exchange (within ten days of original purchase receipt date) an unused product for any store item by including your original ecodermis receipt, you can return merchandise CC: Ecodermis and Wolfberry 310 Malcolm X Brooklyn, New York 11233, and all cancellations of orders must occur on the first day of ordering. Refunds on hair oils, hair or body butters, vitamins, supplements,health foods, appliances, and barsoaps are not permitted at this time.
